**important notices about making your appointment today**

We know how important your FAA Flight Physical is to you, and we schedule to accommodate as many airmen as possible.  In order to do this, it is very important to be ON TIME for your appointment.  As traffic on I-95 and I-4  can be unpredictably heavy - and occasionally stopped for long periods - please plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment time (that is the earliest time listed on your appointment slot. For example, if the appointment slot is 10:00-10:20 this means your appointment STARTS at 10:00 and the visit ends at 10:20).  If you arrive late, we must move on to the next airman and you will have to reschedule.  

• **EVENING APPOINTMENTS (7 PM AND LATER) ARE RESERVED EXCLUSIVELY FOR FAA ATC PERSONNEL!**    All other slots are for airmen (pilots).  FAA employees are reminded to bring their supervisor's exam authorization letter with them to the appointment.

• PLEASE MAKE ONLY ONE APPOINTMENT AT A TIME:   As your plan to see us might be less certain than you would like, sometimes pilots  "double book" appointments, in an attempt to obtain some flexibility.   Please do not do this, as the appointment slots are limited, and it can prevent another pilot from being able to schedule their visit.

• WE KNOW PLANS CHANGE, AND YOU MAY NEED TO RESCHEDULE:  Hey, we are all human, have lives, jobs, and families, and "life happens!"  No worries.......... we DO ask, however, that you please take a second to cancel your appointment as soon as you know - this allows another pilot to be seen in your place.

•  "NO-SHOWS " - PLEASE DON'T BE "THAT GUY OR GAL!"  We know that sometimes you are not able to make your appointment....... but PLEASE either go online or call us to cancel your visit.  Just like you would not "no-show" for a training event or an operational flight, it is very important that you let us know if you are not able to come.
